If you are a resident of the European Union and wish to exercise your ‘right to be forgotten’ or ‘right to erasure’ under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request the deletion of your personal data that we hold. How to Submit Your Form

After filling out the form:

1. Attach a copy of your ID with sensitive information such as the ID number blacked out.
2. Sign the form to verify that you are the person requesting data erasure or that you are legally authorized to make such a request.
